I need direction on an internet site I want to develop. I am simply just learning to program and build site so my awareness is limited that will what best path I should choose.
I need to build some sort of results page to get a small soccer tournament situation. Similar to the world cup group portions. It would include four group kitchen tables.
these are the functions I would prefer to have from the website
- group conference tables automatically sort by points when fixture/results will be updated. (would want to update via portable, input the credit score by text proverbial box or drop decrease box)
- Some sort of user login/privileges hence results can just be amended through admin.
just about any help much liked.
Use PHP along with MySQL.
I do not own an example for yourself… I don’t realize much about soccer.
Could you generate an image of the layout you are considering and post this on here… I do think I know what you’re referring to but an image would help it become easier to envision the design that would end up being needed. Yes php and MySQL is a preferred way to do this, you can risk-free it so numerous people or one person would get access to update.
It would need to be a little more than just team name and totals… But completely possible.
Can you sketch us a chart just like this:

Or, if that’s not the correct way to do them, provide an specific chart of exactly how it works.
Make up some team bands… try to allow it to be as accurate as it can be to how your current tournament might operate.
The above can be a screenshot from what Concerning done in WEB CODING. Once the match fixtures for the are updated. The teams within the tables on the proper would automatically possibly be sorted Highest that will lowest points. 3 points for your win. 1 point for your draw.
sheesh… I have no idea of what any with the terms mean…
P W VE HAD L F YOUR GD..
I guess I know nothing about soccer… sorry.
Maybe someone else should answer ours.
