QUESTION: Could there become some problem involving our website & email because it happens way that will often & every one of the " Enquire Now" links are diverted for the correct email adress.

Does your script/page redirect the consumer to a " regards for your e-mail" type page If you have, the number of visits to that particular page would have been a more reliable find.
