Hello there, I am presently re-designing pulpingfiction. com, a blog site of a good friend of mine. He or she doesn’t know WEB CODING, so me along with another friend do every one of the HTML work even though he just produces the blogs. We wanted to have the site going as quickly as possible, so we just used a no cost template. We would choose to have an primary look though, so I will be redesigning the web site from scratch. Concerning the basic design organized, but it surely needs something a lot more. I’m not convinced what else I’ll add — maybe a little design inside the black space beneath the content container Give me ideas, I’ll probably apply them. Also, I’m preparing to adding a footer someplace, and feel totally free to critique any part I’ve created to date, though I probably will not changing the still left hand portion in the big logo (upper left-hand corner).

I’m not only a big fan of white text upon black background.
You should try a number of variations of this content box (the african american one) and see
if making the actual box light colour with black text could well be easier to learn.
The black exterior body color can stay (or what about a dark gray instead of black).
This eyes just visit goofy with white text on dark-colored backgrounds… a own thing.
I dont indulge the buttons, perhaps its the contrast with the silver on that black/dark grey WE also quite including the look of curved corners on web site content, maybe they are able to be rounded on just one single corner and others in the industry pointy i imagine that looks pretty awesome.
besides those little issues, the design by itself is pretty cool!
