Image loads in Firefox but not IE
I have some basic html document: HTML: < img src=" img/logo. png" /> The image underlines in Firefox, although in IE 8-10 it just has the empty package. It doesn’t have anything related to IE settings, as each alternate image loads to the same site. Yes the image is within the right service. I have tried jpg, gif, and also png. Edited throughout Firefox CS5 in addition to Photoshop CS5. I’m wondering if it’s something related to the way the modern CS5 is protecting the images. Just about any ideas Is it possible to show us an evaluation page where this matter occurs. Give us a real link to any page… so we could see it by using IE8, IE6, and so on. I sort of have the experiencing it’s something different.

How would I…
… add a dynamic press release and industry announcement area to our site design We are a graphic designer who’s going to be recently adding " internet designer" to my skills. I have happen to be tasked with, and mostly finished redesigning my company’s web page. Here is a better explanation of what I wish to accomplish: Two other individuals in my organization might be contributing content pertaining to our site all the time, and they aren’t web designers. They must post press releases available for our organization, as well as post industry reports related articles. Relating to designed areas on the home page the location where the top 5 or so latest stories/press releases could appear, with a title and " go through more" link to your page with being full article. Right now, we are doing more of these manually because I don’t have learned to have it be more automated. For instance, they write his or her article or press release, create a page regarding it, it then gets included with the full listing of articles or press releases, and lastly, the " leading 5" blocks on the home page dynamically bring up to date. All of … Continue reading
Book suggestions for beginners
I recognize basic html, and I’d prefer to start learning the greater advanced concepts. What book would certainly guys suggest me to have I can download Dreamweaver CS5 therefore thats what I’ll workout on. And what might be the best order to read the languages along with recommendations for books for freshies like me. Bless you HTML and CSS are definitely an important. You’ll want to educate yourself PHP and MySQL (or whatsoever database your web hosting provider uses). If you ever go to the local bookstore, you should be able to find a section with which has books for beginners on these subjects. You can make almost any website with those 4 languages. Other scripting languages that happen to be useful are javascript, jquery, ajax, and so forth. As I said, I would go purchase some beginner ebooks at your local bookstore to begin. Yep, All you should probably start with is HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL. Why dont a person try a CMS software like Joomla or Drupal while in the meen time, its very easy therefore you could kick out a web site in 1 day and you will find the html knowledge you will have already would … Continue reading

Help with forms
Hi there there – I’m designing my earliest (serious) website. Things are going well, but it’s occurred to me that I’m gonna need some advice with the creation of a questionnaire page. Quite simply, the page has to be somewhere where some sort of client can visit and check a number of boxes to indicate which services they might need, then click any box that pronounces " go", or perhaps some such, where point an electronic mail is automatically sent to me telling my home which services they’ve listed for, and they’re taken to a PayPal page asking them paying the sum complete cost of all they’ve chosen. And so, there should always be check boxes marked with something like: Support A (10) Support B (5) Support C (15) for example if the consumer checks the box for services THE and C plus clicks " Go" they’re taken to a PayPal page asking them paying 25 and Im sent an email letting me find out about the details on the order (i. electronic., John Smith offers ordered services YOUR and C). Ideally there also need to be a ability for them to help upload a phrase file that also gets … Continue reading
