Lightbox or shadow box with scrolling option??

Lightbox/shadowbox with scroll feature I want to build a page on my current site to ensure that I can display video clips I’ve shot. I’ve seen what I would really like to do on another site although I’m not smart enough figure out exactly what script/software had been used.
