I am new to this website and various than doing simple web page design in college, I do not know much about this. I am creating a web page for my familys organization. I have a notion of having an animated scrolling selection bar with brand images that chek out the brands webpage. I would also like for it to stop as soon as scrolled over. I hope this is making sense. Can this be done also it there a program designed for me to produce this
