Help with new webfolio

I’m workin on a new webfolio for my work and while I was searching for ideas I located http: //www. maltheluda. com/. I really much like the slide-like effect and the belief that when your for a computer it let’s get the arrow tips to navigate while your on a good phone it permits you to slide between internet pages. To much dismay I’ve not gotten to learn how to use these parts over a site of my very own so this is where I ask intended for help. If anyone knows how I could truthfully copy the navigation and slide effect it would much appreciated.
