Very low Rank in Google caffeine

I’m pretty worried.
A quantity of my websites appear to use a low ranking within the new Search engine caffeine when compared to old Search engine.
Additionally, others may not be showing up in any way!
Does anyone really know what must be done to correct this

The you domain I am particularly anxious about may be a domain name stuck just using a large rock and mortar enterprise based in the us.
It seemed to be ranking and still is all about 6 inside the old The search engines.
