I came across these two wordpress website designer sites. I looked at the source code for every site, and I saw construct y created a tailor made theme. I possess Artisteer, but I’m sure these guys used another type of program or do it from scuff.
I would like to know if anyone can grant me a clue on which program they made use of ( if any).
