Hello again,
I are in possession of a page in which displays two glasses. the frame about the right displays a HTML file
along with the frame on this left shows the contents of the FTP folder, nevertheless the left frame looks messy the way it is only expressing a 3rd in the page. I would like kid format/redesign the display so that the list of folders because FTP folder can display neatly towards left. How would I begin soing this
Regards,
Mitch.
We would make a WEB CODING page and complete normal links, this way you can format them they way you choose and it would look plenty nicer
That sounds perfect.
I don’t know understand how to get the quit ‘menu’ page to help display the contents in the folder it rests in. I begin having the food selection page in declare Folder A and get it display the particular contents of Folder YOUR. Is there some sort of wizard in Dreamweaver for this purpose what is involved in this way
Mitch…
I assume you would like this list of files being generated dynamically (IE. you no longer want to physically create it once, because it’s likely to change alot)
In order for you this created on auto-pilot, you’ll need a server side language to start this such as PHP (or ASP). In case your server has PHP, check out this: http: //us3. php. net/ftp_nlist
Stomach muscles VBScript Is’nt in which an ASP language May i use that
Your question is just what can your host support. Do you are aware of if your node supports ASP For anyone who is using shared internet site, chances are your own server supports PHP (although ASP support is possible). When you are using free hosting or the webspace that contains your ISP accounts, you most probable can’t use any server side terminology.
It’s a Your windows program 2003 Server here at the office. We are implementing IIS 6. 0 and Dreamweaver MX to develop the site.
