404 errors
where to the system is the page for your ie 404 faults stored they are stored as your resource in shdoclc. dll, along with all the other error pages 404 is stored most way down the particular file; open it in Wordpad and you will see it ahh crap… does that mean id have got to open te dll to get it… stupid pc’s!!! The actual 404 page is actually defined by that server, but IE by simply default tells the actual server to piss away and show its, which I simply disabled. good, the default IE one is the one pissing my family off… some program changed it into a redirector… and the idea pisses me away from…

From the apache records it seems that can be done this: Code: NameVirtualHost * < VirtualHost *> ServerName urlwww. website. tld/url DocumentRoot /www/domain < /VirtualHost> < VirtualHost *> ServerName urlwww. otherdomain. tld/url DocumentRoot /www/otherdomain < /VirtualHost> Go to http: //httpd. apache. org/docs/vhosts/name-based. html for any full info. Yep you can as martin said but on the. conf file: Code: # VirtualHost: Allows the daemon to react to requests for several # server deal with, if your node machine is configured to simply accept IP packets # with regard to multiple addresses. httpd.conf
how much does this file inform the server still attemting to your workplace on making one, so what should this file perform It defines the way the server works, sorta much like the Windows registry. any and also the a file, or would that be an excess of of a safety risk Transfer it to new PHP section Getting some help within the Apache one at this time… jeez looks elaborate. nah, really not much to can w/ php, just wonderin just what the file should… search online for httpd. conf trial and download the item. that may possibly work… It’s the Apache configuration record l think. A variety of goodies in right now there, of course being freeware nobody has been arsed writting worthwhile tutorials about it…. Apache comes by using an httpd. conf with plenty of documentation in this… Geez jello speak about digging up a well used thread! I thought the fact that. conf extension gave away who’s was a configuration file! But Beaker i am talking Americans these….. hey heya hey… none of this… i knew it was a configuration file, but i needed to know what the idea did…

Suggestions Needed – Auto Website Ideas!!!
Fulfilled this guy who seem to owns dealerships for just two big Motorcycle as well as Scooter manufacturers — he wanted me for making a website pertaining to him. Here’s this scene: ONE PARTICULAR. He’s a *local* vendor in two cities A COUPLE OF. Customers are possibly not websavvy – they will see his classified ads in newspapers and also respond – aren’t the sort who would get on to the net, and then look up scooters etc, and then come to her site to purchase etc.. SEVERAL. Doesn’t need any eCom solution – he handles his Manufacturers thro S/W that will they’ve provided – doesn’t require his own bit of Supply Chain e-enabled. Website, I need that you tell me: ONE PARTICULAR. The utility of an site for him – if we all make it A COUPLE OF. If we do ensure it is, what sort of site should the idea be What is definitely the features on this One idea — a portfolio of most models he presents, with on-the-fly generation in the model’s picture along with price details with whatever mix of accessories the customer chooses… Well then , i’ll know…. as soon as possible too… what … Continue reading

Passwords?
I need to put a section on my website, that only associates can access. I know a simple method of passwording it, although it’s hopeless, because you will see it in the actual source code, hence that’s pretty pointless. Does anyone know of a better way to do this If your host supports. htaccess information (free hosts may well not), then look at this out: http: //faq. smart. net/htaccess. htm it won’t let me do that, it’s as being a pain in the actual rear Carry out they support PHP, ASP, Perl, and so on. or just bare HTML If it is the latter then you’re basically screwed. Java applets aren’t a solution because they could be decompiled. We are using geocities, angelfire and also bravenet. WE’ve tried liquid 2K, but it is best to down. Vic’s hoping to put together an ftp server i a number of months, but most people need something to be able to tide us more than http: //www. internations. net/ Thanks Arien!!! *hugs* ((Can we’ve found the hug smilies back again please) Do they assist you to cross link That’s our problem, Vic made tons of backgrounds, but imagestation resizes and then, and no … Continue reading

How one can enable all requests being released to port 1024 : chinese: Wide open the Control Panel, Click on Alternatives choose Personal Firewall Mouse click on the Advanced Alternatives button Add your Port within the Other tab location. Make sure to check on the checkboxes in accordance with your specifications. Simply no luck Then My business is stumped. What do you really need it unblocked to get To allow use of my program. The requests can be found in on port 1024… which are often changed btw. Why didnt you only grant your plan full access by using Norton Firewall Because My business is still developing the idea, so it maintains changing… several times daily. I just thought it would a lot easier only to keep the opening open. also.
set up web host
Just what would it take ANY computer or few DSL or maybe cable connection Knowledge of linux and windows Knowledge of apache and iis Networking skills Like establishing dns etc. Wouldnt the easiest be to just build a cheap committed server hosting later b When i was running TT off my own ring machine, I made use of Apache, Tomcat (for JSP), oftentimes the PHP modules or Apache, in addition to my router. There is no such thing as cheap dedicated hosting. TT and a website 10 times their size would be on shared internet site. Dedicated hosting will be bloody expensive. $215 any month Aussie that like $125 to you seppo’s!! Receiving 3gb of distributed space is A$300 +. So dedicated hosting aint less costly!! Filly: We all weill have reviews, articles, forums and media the amount of space will most people need We’ll allow uploads with mp3s, mpegs for example. to a qualification Will it often be used primarily only for storage, or to get actually streaming Tunes and videos If its the latter, you’ll pay a king’s ransom for the additional bandwidth; if its the previous, all you are related is get any custom plan, perhaps even … Continue reading
