I have virtually taught myself tips on how to use photoshop dreamweaver and anything else i use at my owe. Help please! Menu Display Problem

Hi Recently i designed a website and We are having some trouble that has a menu, which in Firefox platforms correctly but inside Explorer the pictures are shifted to somewhat of a side making it look worng.
