Advice for an amateur/freelancer who accepted a job at a web design company?

Hello guys, You might’ve seen several of my posts here and there, but I was getting ino freelance web design, and everything ended up being going ok, had a cuople clients a long way, but nothing I could truthfully really make a living off of. So I took a significant part time web-designer occupation in my place (20hrs/wk) and apart form utilizing the 3 and also so clients i’ve complied far, this might be my first actual JOB like a web designer.
