using images as links

Hello there all it’s my brand new here, so please be kind! I have made quite a few websites for myself along with other people, but now I’m really trapped. I am just using Dreamweaver 7, and have constructed a page and possess got a up and down navigation bar composed of 5 different rollover images. Problem is, next time i assign a link to an image, other 4 images all link to the same page – they don’t seem to need to link to numerous pages. It’s cruising me mad, so if any individual has any hints in respect of how to alter this, I’d often be very grateful! No scroll 800 X 600 – even possible?!

Greetings all. Here’s my own problem: I’m making the fresh site for my personal church. The man who is essentially directing me informs me that he wants it to fit into an 800 X 600 res minus the window scrolling. He wants the nav for the screen at all times, and he desires a scrolling box to the content. I’ve been enjoyable the man for a little bit with the notion because he would seem really adamant about this, but now Now i’m thinking that it’s more or less impossible. I think just about any normal user of the site will probably have 768 X 1024 as a minimum, so I wish to throw away EIGHT HUNDRED X 600. Can it be just me, or are his goals with this layout unrealistic Looking at the max dimensions at 800 BACK BUTTON 600, the site must fit into some sort of 770 X 430 px common box! Therefore, any idea what I should do or tell him I must mention that dropping him is just not an option. What are your favorite web design feeds?

Definitely guys, Recently I’ve been a little fed up of the current express of RSS articles on my Search engines homepage and seeing as there really isnt the proper job web design mags around, I was wondering what everyones favorite web page design blogs or on-line mags were. I’m familiar with quite some of the bigger ones, but lately it looks like they’ve been a lot more into coding and also business than style and design. Looking for search engine that searches backend databases

Hello there, I’m looking for the search engine that could search multiple sites rather than only search entire text, but search the database too. I’ve been looking around and all We can find is engines like google that only research text or they search multiple sites but not your own web sites. I need it to find my recipe sites then one search engine for each would be better than one for each. Please help!
