Hey guys, I have been looking throughout the site for a little bit now and I realise that the majority of members here are experienced in internet design/ development. I will be not, I am in the beginning stages, I have one problem how to start, I am fortunate enough to get programs such since, Dreamweaver mx, Pen mx, photoshop cs and a number of others, it is merely using them that’s the problem, and chosing what one to use, I have heard that one could create a web page using purely photoshop, but I do not understand how that very works, I happen to be told be many people to use dreamweaver, although not to by other folks because it apparently may be a different html code if you ever wern’t codeing it from scratch.
My goal is within several months down the line I want to own created a webpage myself codeing this from scratch. To achieve this I am aware I have to know some ‘languages’, but which is the best to learn I a fairly fimilar with WEB CODING and know just a little php, but extremely basic, so should i stick at code and php, or will I want to find out anything else
Also when codeing your blog post, do a lot of you use notepad after that simply just preview the code with a local host, or which way would you do it whenever practising and switching your code
This final question is usually, how long does it choose to use become a outstanding " web designer" I can go to collage and study computer science with any luck as I need to pursue this being a career, but some to be a single step ahead before I head to univeristy.
