Say I have any database containing numerous tasks for several employers/members. All these tasks possess a date and/or a moment slot from now on which represents any meeting, a deadline, a time span, etc.

The question is:
Are all fields required, or could you complete a file containing only the ‘bare-bone-neccessary’ fields
In the event the latter is probable, what are that minimum fields required

I assume an identical file would possibly be ‘importable’ in MS Outlook.
