Hi.
In my fresh gallery of website design, I want to help list the download size of every design. Is there a handy approach to measure this
If you click on file—properties—in IE, you only get the code file size, not the graphics. So then you will need to add up most of graphics referenced by code…
Can there be an easier way Thanks a lot, anybody…
One of the ways (probably not the simplest) is in IE to conserve the page (Complete Online Page), and then view the properties belonging to the file and folder the item creates.
Thanks Filbert!
That is definitely what I are actually doing actually.
My business is relieved to hear i am " doing the proper thing"! Did not want to find out several months subsequently that " the good news is much simpler method… " Well maybe there is certainly but if you can not know it, it must be not that obvious at least. So, thank you intended for setting me comfortable.
You could write a program in PHP which does that… in fact, if someone made software that spidered a site and detailed this download details of every page, it could probably sell for some good $$$: -P.
