Doesn’t matter at all. If anythying, I’d say use Apple OSX building a Windows VM to help you to test all major browsers in both.

Well, design software is compatible with both. MY SPOUSE AND I never knew in which Windows supported the Safari browser.

I develop for a Mac using Coda being a code editor/browser/ftp or anything else.
At job, I use Ubuntu 8. 04 Desktop with Zend Studio pertaining to Eclipse 6. 0. ONE and test with Firefox 3, Opera (mainly due to the fact it’s my favorite browser), and IE7 by means of a VM along with IE6 via RDP if it’s needed. I use windows XP at your workplace and home. I do have a mature PowerBook that I like to use for general browsing along with whatnot, but I don’t do growth on it. I like Apple a lot because it only works – once – no questions asked. Windows isn’t always that way. But alas, Relating to no real explanation to switch totally to Apple and probably some not too (buying that Mac versions associated with software mainly).

the idea really doesnt matter. most of the designers utilized to rely on Macintosh. but i guess also , they are shifting to home windows. as it is better and easy to use.
