Happy Cog (Zeldman’s design company) includes a " 508" compliance link at the end of their site (in addition towards XHTML and CSS links.. the " just click to validate" ones). Will it be correct then, that if one’s site passes Cynthia Claims, you can decide to put a " 508" compliance/notice/validation link in your site Or will be process more when compared with that

Sounds to certainly me.
No getting older, validator’s like cynthia can only pay attention to markup related complications e. g. alt tags. You must go through this checkpoints and check every one manually to declare 508 compliance.
