My organization is trying to design my website, not having a program to undertake it, and I want to know how to generate my links, just like link, active, frequented and hover numerous colors. How would I lay this design out onto html?

I’m having difficulties on the place to start cutting this format I designed with photoshop. I are interested to take 100% with the web browser look at, regardless if consumers are viewing in 800×600 or 1024×768.
