Do I need to register a business name?

But I’m wondering if i start doing a few freelance web design/hosting, must i need to register a business name As well, would this possibly be concidered " FreeLance" work or could it be a " Business" I’m uncertain what to contact it: lick: Thanks for virtually any input! Education—Looking for courses or program to go thru….

My business is looking for advice of where you might get some education on website design, programming, & data source development. I am trying to find some schooling that could be about 6months with a year. Basically essentially the most efficient to receive me the tools I want to understand additional of what I’m trying to complete. We have built web web sites with publisher and also understand basic multimedia systems, but I have a very site I am seeking to build and would like to broaden my education and learning. I have read some stuff on by myself, but I think I need a better system to fully underneath MySQL, dreamweaver, & lisenced users. I believe it’s better if i tell my goal: I have a notion of a site that I would like to build for your database driven website that is definitely fully interactive for you to members who sign on.
