Having trouble thinking of a good design

Relating to been doing PHP Pieces of software for over ONLY TWO years now, but I for no reason have really experienced design. I am not great at it, but I need to find out so I can truely make my own , personal websites. Anyways my site that i want to style better is http: //www. playfullyclever. com/info/ Not sure where to start, while coding I tried to produce it very easy to use stylesheets to design it, but correct.. im just confused virtually any ideas thanks Oh, I am not really selling information in any way.. it is concerning my Comp Sci Instructor, we had any technology discussion on Friday around the freedom of information on the net and I have a lot of info and photos of him found freely on the internet w/ google along with other search engines. ASP design app that will work with GoDaddy

Hi all, I have an account using GoDaddy and WHEN I develop my ASP webpages in DreamWeaver MX 2005. On my nearby Host the internet pages work fine nonetheless uploading them to GoDaddy they usually plain blank won’t work, this is a result of the way GoDaddy connects towards the Access DB I have on their web site. I have tried using this past week to get a way all around this either by means of code or placing files in different folders but almost all in vain. Searching in forums such as this one i’ve discovered that is the problem that dates back years and does’nt look like will probably be easily resolved soon. Contacting GoDaddy can be a fruitless exercise! Hence, what I am interested in now is an app comparable to DreamWeaver that will assist me create the ASP pages but will likely work on GoDaddy.
