The correct way to add content to Photoshop Design using Dreamweaver?

This is a puzzle to me since i obtained interested in web design. I’m relatively new to web development and coding and so pls bare that as the primary goal when replying. I have read that using tables for layout is technically the wrong way to add content with a web page knowning that something like 70% of websites are impractical just for this. I can pattern anything in illustrator regarding web floor plans and i discover how to optimize images. Its just next time i slice it and also open it around dreamweaver, i don’t discover how to add content, as well as if i could, how to position it wherever i need to without the entire layout screwing up like it normally does. Can someone make sure you give me some pointers or link me to some tutorial on that subject. I’ve searched significantly and havn’t located specific info about this. so, I work for your contracting company operating their webpage. I made to be html centered no flashy stuff. Prevent resizing?

Hello all, I’m different here. We’ve a page I’m working on which primarily involves a single, center-aligned flash document which sits in the middle of a vertically echoing background file. I defined font sizes to help 10px, that failed to help… it also might appear to be the repeating vetical track record image resizes as well, when using this ctrl + mousewheel operate. What can i do to locking mechanism these sizes down to ensure the page doesn’t distort.
