Hi there all I’d like to see some info about copyright law for the website I ‘m doing. The website will be a directory record of extreme physical activities. I wish to have cartoon pics connected with extreme sports on various pages. I need to know if copyright applies to images that were created using genuine, copyrighted pics while referances. Spending 1000s of rands on share photos just is not a viable option personally right now. Thanx! My business is creating a trend website and I would prefer to know how/where I could get pictures to add to my website with no violating any that copyright law. Buy them on online world. istockphoto. com (or much the same site that sells the right to use them). Then you definitely have legal rights to use them, for simply a buck or 2 each. Usually, on any different website, get permission in writing by the site owner to utilize their photos, images, or graphics. Or, create your personal photos and/or paintings… original art done yourself. If a website happens to consider an RSS feed that has photos along with word, you might be ready use them, as they are offering these folks for REALLY SIMPLY SYNDICATION readers.
