Files in FTP transfer not arriving locally even though status says "transfer complete

My organization is using Core FTP as I’ve for long occasion without problems. Then again, now I have a problem. I am wanting to download numerous files from among my servers onto my computer with regard to editing, and I choose the folder using all subfolders inside it i want transfered, and transfer it to somewhat of a local folder on my PC.
