need some help with forms

howdy guys – Now i am just hoping that they are pointed in the correct direction. I’m a custom made (not developer) therefore I’ve never done anything like this and need a number of initial help. We must create a mode where people can add a survey (name, era, all that almost stuff) – next that info gets put into a page where by everyone can search other peoples answers. any help, or series, or reading or anything would be appreciated…. Help required

Hello First post the following so please defense if it’s in the wrong place. I’m looking for a few pieces of information so I really hope someone can assist. I’m actually writing with respect to my g/f who lives inside Philippines. I’m currently spending money on her to visit a college in Cebu for a " Web Program Design" course. It started 15 days ago and was likely to cover everything through HTML, through Dreamweaver, Javascript in addition to ASP and above. Or so this brochures said!! Up to now, on 3 days to weeks no teachers demonstrated up, and from 6 days training they say that one simple will be used on her picked subject. I’m no web page design expert, or even beginner for that matter, but I got her a pc for her studies and many " Teach you visually" books for things like HTML as well as Dreamweaver which she used very quickly. CGI/PHP/NOT SURE Question

Jumping right in here- not sure if you have a thread for this or not but I will ask about this bc My business is limited on time to look the site— my apologies beforehand. My business is working on building a site for a buddy (Novice).. I am handling dreamweaver (I possess the full CS4 Control Collection) What I’m trying to do is produce a counter like usually the one at www. drudgereport. com (bottom right) that lists yesteryear 24hrs, month, and visits per year. I also really need to create a search function for your site, and some sort of suggestion box/tips or perhaps a contact text message area. I am TOTALLY newbie to how to get this done. I am less than the impression this would require a CGI application working in the background but I have no idea even what which means. And this I am asking- point me while in the right direction on which to search/research/learn in addition to I’m good. Best webdesign lanuages/programs

Hello all! i your opinion, what on earth do you think is this easiest/most efficient webdesign vocabulary or program is usually Web DESIGN is mostly done using an established graphics design product such as Adobe Photoshop or even Adobe Fireworks. It truly is then coded throughout (X)HTML and CSS. Javascript is then generally accustomed to add any specific effects if ideal. It then gets handed towards the programmer, who would likely handle any server-side development. The programmer as well handles the (X)HTML/CSS/Javascript, but many designers are able to handle that. We’ve, what i think will be a great internet site. i have written down a lot of notes on what i want to have in the web site; and today i aquired the web brand. now i need to build it. I guess what happens i’m wondering will be 1. should i take action myself, or 3. pay to have it built for me personally. its planning to be for a paticulare job field within the navy. basicly the world wide web site is the social networlking, web-site, where they can load up pictures, and technical information for just a one stop browsing site. it will aslo become a pay … Continue reading

Haven’t the slightest clue where to begin.

My business is still new webdesign hence whatever answer post get here is going to be over my travel but will at-least acquire me started inside the correct direction. What My business is looking at doing is having a website that allows users to choose from a pre-designed format and create now there own sub-domain. I want it being fully self contained so I do not have to do anything each time a new user fire wood in. forevermissed. com does what exactly I am contemplating designing. So the actual questions are: What programs would be the easiest to use in the construction of something such as this. I was told that this process of building the websites may be a different application so what on earth would i should use to accomplish that. I do have a wide computer background…. just not within the programming aspect. I will usually stumble my own way through anything easily can get shoved inside the right direction.
