Help!!!! MAC is ruining my life!!!

All right, seriously, I hear MAC is best for Web Style and design, but every program I familiar with use on my PC is only for windows… I just now got a apple computer, and I have no idea what programs I am suposted to utilize. Does anyone other than them have MAC that will tell me things to get I helpful to use Notepad in addition to Crimson Editor, and neither FTP Pro or 3D-FTP will continue to work on this technique either. I am gonna have to know Dreamweaver eventually, but I prefer to never use it right this moment, only one major change during a period is all I’ll handle….
