Music Service Layout

Definitely guys, I’ll cut towards chase. I’ve been taking care of a music internet service and Relating to a placeholder layout but I’ve been told that this looks really bad. I was never the very best at web design honestly. I was wondering should you guys could just take a peek and help myself out, I totally desire to make it look more specialized and pleasing for the eye.
