Best solution for high quality backgrounds

Sup guys, Guess this may be my official initial post here. My history is Relating to been a offline designer for 15 years and still have been hitting my personal digital designs and likely to school for returning end programming earlier times three. Anyways, We are familiar with easy methods to create high quality backgrounds that has a gradient but i was wondering what a person guys suggest for doing what about a small pixel effect or effects that pop. I am not in search of pre-made ones, looking for better methods for getting mine to soda. Also i am acquainted with Photoshop and this " save with regard to web" option.
