Is there a Windows equivalent of TextMate?

POST use Vista plus was wondering if there seems to be a program almost identical to TextMate with regard to Vista, sinec I would not have access to a new Mac. Starting Up a Web design business

Ive employed dreamweaver 8, pen, photoshop cs2 to set-up websites recently & I’m specialist starting up a smaller web design business. I work entire time and are deprived of that much spare cash to get " Official" computer applications. Ive been understanding CSS but ive still got long to go, What software on earth do you recomend. As i can be a heart and soul trader working at home can I utilize home editions with programs like concept or would i need to buy the actual pro versions Any recommendations on getting into this line of work, I used up years at uni & got a education in multimedia technology only to separate up doing employment thats got nothing related to IT. Any feedback could well be great: classic: The typical advice is: obtain a good text manager (TextMate or identical on Mac, e-Text Editor or Notepad++ and also similar on House windows, kate, emacs, vim as well as similar on UNIX-based systems) and also learn XHTML plus CSS, and possibly a Javascript shape like Prototype or even jQuery while you happen to be at it.
