Howdy all, I’m in the deal of completing a website for a client that features a lot of high-profile consumers (Fortune 500, Govt, etc. ) On the list of pages being included showcases many of these clients, and contains their company trademarks. Once much toil, my client explained that he now has doubts regarding the legality of such as his client’s trademarks. The page just shows a bulleted listing next to several logos. Nothing otherwise. Of course, I told your ex that he should ask a few of his clients about copyright infringement. But I likewise assured him that the simple truth is he had NOTHING to stress about. The only trouble they ever had was when consumers changed their logos and GRA still had the old logo up.
