Designing Tools for use on PocketPC?

Should anyone happen to know if there are usually any web designing tools you can use on a PocketPC Something similar to Dreamweaver, but which might be run off of your PocketPC I’m asking because I’m thinking of getting a PocketPC pertaining to general web online use via Wi-fi compatability, as well seeing that WiFi network testing, and possibly web site design. notepad problem??!!!??!!

I have been previously using notepad to help code my web coding since I commenced web designing quite a while back. Only currently, have I encountered a problem that may be driving me absolutly nut products. Hey guys I used to be wondering if anyone would be able to help me out having a quick problem that is definitely driving me crazy! Say I have a page style done in fireworks…. the particular graphics and word etc. is all done there. In that case I export this to. html so I will edit it even more in dreamweaver. All of the text I acquired done in fireworks has become in a. gif structure…… and when I check out it in dreamweaver after which click on " edit" so I will modidy it throughout fireworks, I are unable to change the copy! What platform for an eZine?

My business is concidering making an eZine that may have both an internet and a online version. I would likely perfer the downloadable version be around PDF. I have concidering doing the whole thing in html, making it dynamically along with databases, using a new page layout course like framemaker, or loading it many into Flash… Any idea what the most effective method would be All of them have advantages, just dunno which can be best. I recently got dreamweaver in addition to flash etc etc and I want to start making websites. I have done loads ahead of but they where by only side projects that never became finished or exactly where really basic. I need to start generating them better more just like a pro instead with some twat using frontpage.
