However apparently nobody sent MS that memo. Very well, if you evaluate that site, them uses frames. And you can get it to job in IE, having a little trickery. Yes I recognize that site functions frames. I were arguing that position, or if IE backed frames. Clearly IE really does supports them, and it has for several years.
