Homepages?

Wasn’t sure where for you to post this and so I figured here will be it. Wanted your tips and feedback on tips on how to layout or exhibit home pages, (the listing page that is) I’ve always prefered quite a few information/text of some sort on the home page in regards to the site or announcement or something similar, I client i am designing for has called for just an impression and basically the particular title. I’ll happily accomplish that if they wish that but was wondering on your thoughts, do you like an Enter site (as thats approximately all it is) or does one prefer to have some text/info once you enter sites i usually open onto a brand new page, in the exact same layout of the rest of the site, but displaying news, it stops the actual visitors from required to search around for a little bit looking for changes. if i had to have an external(ish) opening page with a website (also generally known as a splash screen) i’d have something similar to the one at http: //www. bwoup. com/ because its a little bit interesting! Entry pages are an effective way to stop visitors … Continue reading

In a Honda S2000, its concerning the driver. In some sort of Toyota Camry, its about all the passengers. Figure out who is going to be viewing the dashboard. enlarging image on mouse over

We have a page by using several pictures, several that over panel, on it. I am trying to get it so once you run your mouse spanning a picture it pertains the front and enalrges a little bit. When you clear away your mouse from that the picture extends back to it’s unique position and dimension. I tried repeating this with onmouseover in addition to layers in Frontpage2003 but it’s not at all working the way I would like. Any suggestions. Thank you. Your first hurdle would be to ditch FrontPage, completely. Then you will likely need to use javascript to complete what you are usually wanting. The onmouseover bit is often a step in the best direction, but using FP to perform it is two steps inside the wrong direction. Can it often be done in Frontpage in any respect The person that we am doing the idea for wanted it done in Frontpage so they can edit it in the foreseeable future. If no than what would you suggest I use for any user friendly application so they can edit it themselves after it is finished and still have the ability to accomplish what I will be trying … Continue reading

Designing for Art Display – Help Appreciated

How does one attempt designing such something I’m a beginner, myself, and I don’t know where to start. What shall be most effective I want it to glimpse nice, but I know I would like to keep the item simple. Black and white overlays considering the background perhaps staying some variation of an 50% gray, to be able not to detract in the artwork when the item displays. Then, perhaps several designs in the borders and dividers and such. I thought in relation to introducing a slight little bit of color by using a prism-like range but I’m not sure how to use this. The art form displayed shall be in sequential variety (i. e. comics, manga) with multiple pages related to each story, so I understand that navigation can be key. This is perhaps a little more complicated that an effective portfolio, as much organization is required for the individual stories and the preceding chapters in addition to pages. But what is a great size … Continue reading
