Starting a Website Design Business

I am working on website design for some time and I have decided to start a small town web development business. I am not at all a pro, but I believe I’m good enough to create presentable websites. (Such because these: Engineering/Tech Website, School Design Template) I have several questions on steps to make the small organization: ONE PARTICULAR. I need to get a name that they are known by. Regarded as a go by a little something simple like " ParsonsDesign", or should I select more creative name A COUPLE OF. I have a certain amount of a disadvantage compared to most designers. I’m 16 yoa. Not many people will take me seriously.
