need some help with forms

howdy guys – Now i am just hoping that they are pointed in the correct direction. I’m a custom made (not developer) therefore I’ve never done anything like this and need a number of initial help. We must create a mode where people can add a survey (name, era, all that almost stuff) – next that info gets put into a page where by everyone can search other peoples answers. any help, or series, or reading or anything would be appreciated…. Definitely All – I’m building an internet site . for the having an experienced caterer company I job at and my boss wants clients and therefore pay via credit card one (lots of the particular corporate clients need this option, company cards etc. ) I will normally just place a PayPal extension via WordPress onto the positioning but many of the clients (again, much larger corporate ones) will not likely use PayPal.
