Ok, I like having technical. Filburt pronounces " it’s ACTING as a web server". Might we state of which and be appropriate It’s form of a gray area. I would express technically, if it’s not able to always be accessed by other computers by way of a URL, then it is not a web host. Just my 2 cents.
