Drupal, Joomla or Modx?

My business is still new webdesign hence whatever answer post get here is going to be over my travel but will at-least acquire me started inside the correct direction. What My business is looking at doing is having a website that allows users to choose from a pre-designed format and create now there own sub-domain.
