Heya all… Im finally becoming DSL and I was questioning a few answers with a few questions in the event anyone wants to make the effort to answer these people. First off, theres not really a phone line within my room however theres one inside room across the hall so precisely how will they get everything create i. e this router etc. Furthermore, I have ONLY TWO seperate phone lines for the net and house telephone so will they probably want me to reduce the internet line or stick with it My main issue is how will they obtain router and everything developed when the closest phone jack/line can be approximately 15 foot away Thanks for the time and solutions… it really allows me prepare!! –Kevin Phone cables are very long. They’ll just work a cable recommended to their modem and join the modem for your computer either by simply USB or ethernet (hopefully the latter). DSL doesn’t require dedicated entry to a phone collection like dial-up.
