Making a website

I need my own website HTML is strange aranoid: Someone told me Dreamweaver will work for making nice web sites, does anyone have got a copy I might borrow Macromedia offer free of charge 30 day trials for his or her software, so why dont u try it out, and if you really like it, you could buy a copy. Otherwise find a totally free WYSIWYG HTML editor on the internet. There are a lot of them Dream Weaver is very much the quickest to master and is better than most some. So go to macromedia’s site and download a trial version. Applications don’t make good sites. People create nice sites. I do think I’m nice HTML DOCUMENT is nice: basic: learn it! Truly tried usin WYSIWYG editors, but I always wind up using things like editpad lite or maybe notapad… do make an effort to learn html, it will really help! home page doesn’t work in Firefox – what’s going on?

This morning I changed the date on my site, and ftp’d it into the server. When WHEN I opened the updated page in Firefox, all I acquired was gibberish — Chinese or Western characters, and a number of others. The WEB ADDRESS is www. protonfabrication. com, and here’s this strange part – it displays the right way when I’m directed there by the link on yet another page, like the particular portfolio page (www. protonfabrication. com/portfolio-page-1. htm). The particular link takes us to www. protonfabrication. com/index. htm certainly not www. protonfabrication. com whilst they’re the similar page. When WHEN I type www. protonfabrication. com into your search window, WHEN I get gibberish, although add " index chart. htm" and this works. The homepage displays as it should in Mozilla, and also doesn’t in Opera. Clearly, I’m new to the, and any help can be appreciated.
