Legalities of Freelancing in the UK?
Im a second-year Computer system Science undergrad in the uk and am additionally a freelance internet developer – working regarding a few clientele – plug my portfolio is at www. sonicadesign. com /plug. I was recently on the CV and position interview training saturday and sunday with my university and one of many supervisors said i always should register average joe as self-employed while using Inland Revenue. I also get the Student Loan, which qualifies because my main source of income (I’m definitely not at the stage where I am earning 4k and up on websites! I generally help make around 400 per annum if that), but as a new student I you should not pay tax at any rate so I’m not sure what direction to go – I’ve already been officially freelancing for on the year. Formerly suffering with tinnitus onto the Inland Revenue website in addition to (surprise, surprise) it is not actually that helpful. Any advice can be brilliant! Cheers, MaidenFan WHEN I freelance through legend. com – they need an optional characteristic of submiting tax form for you, but i never be worried about it university student also btw.
