MSN Lifestyles type of menu
I’m seeking to create a menu which includes the same think and function since the one on MSN Lifestyle http: //lifestyle. msn. com. I’ve played around using the code some, but posting novice, I’m can not replicate the very same feel and performance. After you click on your main title, a submenu appears down below vertically, revealing other options. The question is, does anyone understand how this is achieved, and what are the best way to construct something like it .
This may be a stupid Q for others – but……….
Do you would like them to url to specific pages, or just do this also thing as the particular browser buttons Since Relating to the discount offer within the first page — I made any Categories page http: //www. inmobiz. com/categories. html when people terrain on that page they may be bound to click on among the titles on of which page- and after that I fear they will be lost unless they might use the previous/next button So I guess the solution to your question is – I want them and keep track on where people are actually from the time frame they opens upward a category If that is definitely too complicated — I’d be happy for just a simple solution which only does exactly like every browser backside button. newchance … so you’re planning to the worst case scenario where they have no navigation Which just doesn’t help make sense. Yes, it depends, in that you could have buttons that will trigger the web browser’s back as well as forward actions on the click, but it can be just useless IMHO. At this point, if you’re saying that from a sub-cat, and also a sub-sub-cat, you need … Continue reading →

Avoiding redundancy in your code
Howdy everyone, Very first post here. A certain amount of background first… I used to be a C, C++, in addition to x86 assembly software program engineer. I spent all his time making sure I became utilizing good merchandise oriented techniques when coding and in the act of learning html I find myself initially frustrated simply because this seems difficult to do with HTML. As a result the Html page I’m generating has A lot of redundancy and Many opportunities to miss something as the site grows only decide to make a change to that redundant code that your. I assume there actually are some good methods of practice OOP with web development but since Now i’m so new… I simply don’t know where to take a look yet. Okay obviously, how ’bout an example. I need to get up to date fast so WHEN I figured Dreamweaver was the best way to do this. So far so great but I’ve run into a bit of frustration with the particular menu bar. The website I’m designing carries a menu bar and the bar is the identical under every web site. I’m using the actual Spry Menus within CS4. So, say … Continue reading →
