Is my code old fashioned?

Hi there, Someone just absolutly slated one of my sites to be old fashioned plus coded badly. I think they dont understand what they’re talking regarding. Can anyone comment on this code along with tell me if its expired or old created or plainly simply wrong This can be a basic site without dynamic however several aspects of it are puilled coming from php files including the menu and this footer etc. Code: <! Special photo gallery needed

Howdy, We have built a website for any client that is actually basic html/css. My client demands an image gallery that may show thumbnails, while they click about them, to expand. The problem is the fact that my client doesnt know coding and can’t copy and paste code, similar to kind of services like photobucket everytime they would like to add a new image or generate changes. So my question is, does anyone know of an simple phtoto gallery that can help you add /delete photographs easily without kissing the code I would prefer one i always put the gallery code for them over the internet, and they have a login to that extrenal website, make changes, while they save it, it updates on auto-pilot. link placement help

i’m building a uncomplicated webpage and i understand little about html or css coding. i’m using dreamweaver and all i’d prefer my webpage to obtain is a background image with text message over it and also 2 links. i have already the background image and text setup on it and i understand the codes to create a link. but i cannot figure out how to move the chek out where i would really like it on the page. for case in point, when i develop the link it can go to the random spot to the page, but we would like it in a particular spot. can anyone help me out Hard to express without seeing the particular web page.
