working with LCD’s

now i’m at school and i have only a laptop to cooperate with. but colors usually are so poorly represented that i got disgusted and wound up draggin a 15" crt to my own dorm and plugging it to the laptop so now i have dual 15" monitors… does anyone design on a LCD how do u take action is there ways to adjust the angle from the monitor so this looks good we have a HP 15" 1024×768 screen, xvga i imagine its called…. Yea, its called unaggressive and active matrix. If its passive it looks funny from the sides. And if their active its just like a CRT moniter. I try a ViewSonic 18" Flatpanel moniter intended for my deskptop, but on my own laptop i try a 14" active matrix filter and everything looks splendid. It’s good to style with both an LCD and CRT when in front of you… that means, you can see how you look to every person. I agree. I run double monitors, an LCD plus a CRT. The difference between both the is amazing, and they’re running off the same system. Just goes to indicate that different video display units really do … Continue reading

Screen Resolution Survey

Hey, Anyone, if you could possibly please leave a person’s screen resolution, I am doing a survey and planned to see what commonly screen resolutions had been. Thanks for the actual cooperation! –Kevin Their gonna be possibly 800×600 or 1024×768. I am just the latter Well, i know someone which has an old IBM as well as Screen Resolution of 640×480, he’s became a magnifying display on it. 1024 simply by 768. That rocks! It views just about all websites well as a result of, and a wide range of games must have this being a minimum resolution. by asking a group of " mostly" computer savvy users your pool associated with computer users will probably be a bit skewed. People who seek advise from computers and be aware of things like resolution generally are going to have higher solution screens then lots of people.. personally my video display units are set that will 1600×1200(coupled with extremely sensative mouse configurations, people hate doing my systems). Basicly the best setting achievable can be what My monitor will probably be set to. However in terms of a educated reckon.. I am if that 1024 x 768 will probably be the most favorite … Continue reading

Lightbox or shadow box with scrolling option??

Lightbox/shadowbox with scroll feature I want to build a page on my current site to ensure that I can display video clips I’ve shot. I’ve seen what I would really like to do on another site although I’m not smart enough figure out exactly what script/software had been used. The key thing is to have the " scroll feature" when seen under this video display. This is the link to this page I spotted. If anyone can suggest an item or script that could do this I might appreciate the aid. Pictures moving & which flash prgram?

Hi there, I’m a novice/self trained website administrator to get 2 websites. I have set these up applying templates and loads of help from the live chat with the host. I’d like to ask two or three quick questions please. First of all, I have noticed that some pictures I apply to webpages seem to transfer about and aren’t in the similar place on some other peoples computers whenever displayed. I choose for you to position the pictures on the right or left with the text but they are not in a good position so I change them that will, above text. By doing this I can lug the pictures to where I want all of them. But as mentioned, they seem to move and appear within different positions while displayed on alternative pc’s. Am i setting up a simple mistake Possibly there is a simple means to fix this Furthermore, I have developed simple flash video (swf files) which i display on the websites. Is there a new best format to use so they will run accurately on most/all pc’s and how could i get the add code for swf information. Apologies if WE should open a few thread … Continue reading

Hello there, I got wondering if any one had experience by using on-site video players. I’m sure that displaying video tutorials via Youtube add is fast, easy, and comes mounted with options. Best of all, people don’t should mess around in addition to install plugins/codecs… all they are required if Flash. Nevertheless, I need something which can be hosted on-site. Additionally, I plan to make some content accessible only to associates. I don’t want to just have some people’s browsers automatically heap a windows marketing player plugin simply by default. It appears horrible and WHEN I ve always hated websites that managed this. Does anyone know a superb method -R FlowPlayer is usually my favorite one particular: http: //flowplayer. org/demos/ VideoJS is not bad. It’s HTML5 based and features a flash fallback. Flowplayer is usually nice, but it is only for. flv pen files… I think VideoJS is usually interesting. I havent’ studied html5 in any respect (shame on me), however it seems the < video> tag have not only browser limitations, but also report format limitations. They may be. mp4 and. ogg usually are favored, but also those aren’t 100%. I’ll ought to read more with this, because I … Continue reading
