Creating my own video search engine?

Can it be difficult to create your own personal video search engine that searches the entire internet for videos I’m not talking using some other video site’s API although of coding your video search serps that brings back serp’s from around the internet. how do website’s like Truveo do this I want you too but I don’t would like to use their api… i’d like one of by myself… Is it difficult Can one hire a coder to accomplish this or is it an extensive undertaking involving numerous dollars thanks… I do believe, it’s very challenging task. Why do you want to create new engine There are many engines are made. because i don’t desire to share rights with anyone. Setting up a subscription video site with intermediate web design skills?

I want to create a simple web page where people can pay to watch each video and get a lifetime subscription to the next video. I don’t want a website where they pay for access to an entire site. I’ve intermediate skills — I’ve built SOME or 7 sites with Dreamweaver (now CS5). How would I start setting up a niche site like this With thanks All! Database + strong language (PHP or ASP) at the least.
