Browser Error

Hello there, I will be facing an unusual issue when exploring. When i flick through or its shows if the page takes a few minutes (5 or 6TH seconds) to acquire. Then if we all press refresh this gets loaded slowly and gradually. It happens oftentimes even in both the browsers. I think this as a result of. Breaking my Own Rules
