I’ve got an application on my site which is fairly long and complicated. Not your own standard 10 arena, name, address, or anything else. I currently utilize a SurveyGizmo form at my site so it offers a lot of different question forms, but I’m wanting to have someone develop a form for me for the 1 time payment so I won’t ought to keep paying the monthly fee and for that reason I can finally purchase a form that’s *exactly* the way in which I want it without having to find work-arounds that happen to be within the limitations of an off-the-shelf product similar to SurveyGizmo. There’s really very little design involved, but as I mentioned, the form is complete with if/then/else statements, show/hide commands, disqualifications, and re-routs. The shape is too complex for me to write personally, so I’m wanting to know if anyone is aware of where I should go to find someone to create this web form to do.
