I would suggest that your make use of an iframe to generate a scroll standard.

Avoid iframes, they wont help you make that scrollbar.
Work with scrollable divs, look this through to google and you may find that feel free to use any graphics you would like for scrollbars.
Obviously im not up with the times, but i understand someone who utilized iframes and only made the article width however much they was required to scroll, eg, a 1000 px table helps it be scroll.
Yes but he required styled textbars, i always was refering for you to. You can’t accomplish that with iframes.

I’ve just managed to begin this. Create a iframe. Place the page you want to have that scroll bar to the iframe.
Utilize a style sheet or even insert the scrollbar style to the page inside your iframe.
By doing this you have the style you want, while retaining this orginal bar style to the main page.
If you want me to create an illustration please reply asap One thing mind, I don’t know how you’ll get them bigger arrows, i think the type of arrows are constructed into the browsers if you ever really need that arrow without the default browser ones you’ll need to look into thumb or something in addition.

iframes should not really be used each IMO as they don’t show up to all browsers. Users not employing IE will most probably get just some sort of blank white screen as opposed to seeing the site you worked so tricky on.
