Howdy everone!
I am new to this website and new for you to designing. I’ve been designing a nav and subnav menu that functions such as the nav menu in threadless. com. I attended view source at their site and studied the code utilized to make their nav. The only thing that I could not understand will be source file they used in the element. obscure function. Here it really is:

HTML:
$('nav_holder_'+sn). design. display='';
$('img_nav_'+sn). src='http: //media. threadless. com/imgs/nav2/nav_'+sn+'_r. gif';

Does anyone know very well what ‘+sn+’ means Would it be significant

Certainly, by the looks of it is some type of identifier/key.

For instance many people probably have plenty of elements with names like and so forth (although the last part may not be numeric.

Basically is used to change/refer to some certain image.
