Is Google position the same everywhere in the world?

I have a. com website and I became wondering if it appears in the same position in every countries. According to Google webmasters some of my keywords place a number of pages in the very best 10 on search engine listings. I have checked it plus they are placed where Search engines webmaster shows. My business is from Ireland, and that is where the site was first released, but am inside Australia now and I asked someone the government financial aid Ireland to check to choose the page on Search engine.
